Running on pavements or in the gym is great for building fitness, but running off-road offers gives you more. The varied terrain gives you a full-body workout, your pace slows, and your mind relaxes in the peace of nature.
Free Range People offers inclusive, guided trail runs for women in Cambridgeshire. We offer regular small-group runs to build up experience of running off-road, and short courses that combine online learning with progressively more challenging routes.
All of the groups are small, run at a conversational pace with breaks as needed, and are a great way to explore new routes and make new running friends.
All runs are led by a qualified and experienced Run Leader with outdoor first aid training.
