    We offer friendly, inclusive guided trail runs in the Cambridge area.

    Join us to explore new routes, learn about the local wildlife, and have fun!

    We offer:

    • Small group runs of 5km – 15km. We run at a conversational pace so we can enjoy the company and the beautiful scenery.
    • Introduction to trail running. A short course with gentle walk-runs to get used to uneven terrain and sessions on kit and safety.
    • Workshops. Hosted by local experts who can help make your running more enjoyable.
    • A welcoming, non-competitive environment. We don’t race, we’re too busy having a great day out.

    Who is my Run Leader?

    Me! My name is Amy, and I started running in 2024. In 18 months I’ve built up my running fitness and I now enjoy distances of up to 30km on beautiful trails.

    I love running in nature areas, spotting wildlife and visiting local cafés. Being outdoors has huge benefits for physical and mental health, and its a lot of fun!

    I trained as a Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF) in 2025, so that I can ‘pay it forwards’ and help other people enjoy off-road running. I am a regular Run Leader with Let’s Run Girls, and I started Free Range People as a way to help people start their own running journey in nature.
